Robert S. Pearson is a Tucson native and seasoned attorney admitted in Arizona state and federal courts. As Of Counsel at Lancer Law, he handles matters that benefit from careful analysis and courtroom preparation—including business disputes, real estate conflict, regulatory compliance, and appeals. Known for his deep commitment to legal writing and clarity, Robert helps clients across Pima County align legal strategy with practical results.
Robert attended Booth-Fickett Magnet School and Salpointe Catholic High School before earning both his B.A., cum laude, and J.D. from the University of Arizona. In law school, he wrote for the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law and was managing editor for the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy. He also received the American Bankruptcy Institute Medal of Excellence and earned the highest class grade in “Bankruptcy and Related Issues.”
Before launching his own practice, Robert gained experience across established regional firms in Tucson and Phoenix, along with early service in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division.
